Daily Report 02

Hello guys, Welcome back to Dewi's Kitchen. Today I wanted to share my activities.
Today I am starting to preparing Jalangkote for Showing to foreign from various contries tomorrow.
While I am rolling the Dough skin

                                             Jalangkote

                                                                    for dough skin


                               All Purpose Flour           1000 g
                               Hot Water                         150 g
                               Hot Oil                             120 ml
                               Salt                                     15 g

         
This is the filling for Jalangkote



       for filling
Carrot                               300 g
Sweet Potato                    300 g
Leek                                     4 stalk
Shallot                                50 g
Garlic                                 50 g
Minced Beef                    100 g
Noodle                             400 g
Salt                                 as needed
Pepper                            as needed

Note.
For dough skin you have to keep it closed because it really easy to dry.
