Pastry and Bakery Utensil
1. Rubber Spatula
   Function  
These are used for scraping and stirring. These are good for cleaning out jars and help you to make sure you got all of a semi-liquid food item out of a dish or bowl. These won't scratch the surfaces of bowls, dishes and pans.

  Material  
 A rubber spatula has a handle to hold it with, and a (usually) mostly rectangular, flat end attached sometimes referred to as the "blade". The handle may be made of metal, wood or rubber. The end of it may be made from rubber, plastic or silicon. Usually, the more flexible they are, the better.

  How to  Clean  
These Rubber spatula can be cleaned using dish soap,sponges and rinse it in running water.


2.Pallet Knife


  Function  
These knives  is using especially for Spreading and flatten the soft things such as Whipped cream, Frosting, Butter cream or jam.


  Material  
Pallette knives are blunt with a very flexible steel blade and no sharpened cutting edge. The handle may be made of wood or plastic. The end of it may be made from rubber, silicon or Stainless Steel. Usually, the more flexible they are, the better.


  How to Clean  
These Pallet Knife like all pastry tools can be cleaned using dish soap,sponges and rinse it in running water.

3.Scraper Dough

  Function  
These tool is used to scrape, cut and section dough. It can be used to clean any excess dough , crumbs, residue, or burning food off from the working surface or of variety of surfaces.

  Material  
A kitchen utensil with a handle and square beveled blade. The handle may be made of plastic or metal and the blade may be made from metal or plastic.

  How to Clean  
These Scraper Dough can be cleaned like the other tools just using dish soap, sponges and rinse it in running water.
