This time I wanted to share about my activities in Bakery Class, especially in Croissant and Danish.
Bakery class was held for two days, it was yesterday and today.
Like I said we learn about how to make good croissant and danish. Also some bakery goods like burger bun.

Actually I am little bit dissapointed because the ingredients we used is different from usually Mr.Alex Used that's why the result it's not satisfactory. But the taste is delicious.
