Helloooooooo my beloved readers !!

Welcome back !!
I am while feeding sour dough starter before using for making bread

Today I had a lot of things I do. First I feed my sour dough starter and after that, we made Pia Legong with a different recipes every group. and unfortunately our recipe is no good. So tomorrow we will make pia legong using another recipe.

Meanwhile waiting for pia legong to baked . Next I made Tape, Actually I doesn't like to eat tape and i didn't know how to make it and this is my first time to make tape in my life.  Tape is a traditional fermented food of Indonesia. It can be made from various starchy staple foods including grains and tubers, each giving it a distinctive taste and texture, and often a specific local name. Tape had a sweet taste, tangy, a bit yeasty and is slightly alcoholic.





And I forgot to take a picture of finishing products because it was too fun. And next I made Toast bread using Sour dough Starter. Actually I re-make my sour dough starter many times. because it's always separated between water and flour. I found some reference it's no good also no problem when the starter was separated. But I believed it was more better if the starter is thick and not separate !!

And it was taking toooooooo much time for proofing it. Tonight I left the bread dough in my campus for the best result proofing !!

I hope My bread dough will be proofing and the shape will be good..
