I had been inspection Sour dough starter about one week in group. Me, Gietha and Jessica decided to called our sour dough starter "Arco". Arco is the name from "Toarco" the emblem of Jessica's apron, used for covering arco while evolving. We inspection it everyday and feeding it everyday in the same time until the forth days. In the fifth days we feed it twice a day and discard half of it before feeded.
About Sourdough Starter you can open the link before for more information.
How to Make Sour Dough Starter
Mix Hard flour and mineral water together with same ratio. If you used one tablespoon hard flour, water also one tablespoon. When feeding also like that. And Place it in the dark place. Cover it with their own lid or just using napkin if you are using a bowl.
And here the result of the inspection in 1 week

In the first until third day I feeded once a day. In the Forth until sixth day I feeded twice a day. And The Seventh day I feeded three times before using to made bread.
In the fifth day I tested it on the water and it was floating but in the sixth day it wasn't floating but in the seventh day it was floating again.
Notes. Before making bread the sour dough starter had to feeded four hours before used.
This inspection really makes my heart beating more faster and feeling happy also frustrated. Because I already repeat this three times and finally the sour dough starter is alive.
Why the photo of the seventh day like that you ask ?! Well, actually before I feeded it the dough not even a half of it but, after three hours I feeded it, it was expands like that.
