Annyeonghaseyo everyone..



Today, Our kitchen has a guest from Korea.  Actually it's been a long time since Korean people come to our kitchen. And today we had a Croissant and Danish class.

We made it carefully, with love and very detail. We measured it by weight, height, and until wide, It's really troublesome, right ?!. But it was become one part of learning to become a future Chef !!  Amiiiiin..

Also we prepared for snack box 1300 paxx, wooow..  Awesome baby..

And I begin again my sour dough starter today, because last time it doesn't success, I hope my sour dough starter gonna be alive until we used it to make bread ...
